We are conducting a holistic assessment of the office, assessing mission, objectives, structure, and how it operates. We are intent on better understanding roles, responsibilities, and day-to-day workload to assess what is working, what is broken, and where we are falling short. Your answers will go straight into our analysis and help shape how CT structures the team to get things done. Please be brutally honest with us.
